Maturity is a quality that is rated above men harder than women.

Maturity is often stupid for youth, and very unfair to them.
[ Maturity ]
young man abandons childhood illusions, a man abandons youthful ignorance and passion storms, adulthood is discarded male selfishness and is increasingly approaching the world soul. Its lift-off with each step towards a higher life.

I think Caesar was too old for such activities conquering the world. It is suitable for Augustus or Alexander: they were young, and the young people are increasingly difficult to savaldāmi, but Caesar, probably should have shown greater maturity of mind.
