I've read all the discussions before going on the second Nov to the restaurant but i hoped to give them the benefit of the doubt, , well, , not a joyfull chappy behind all. it has been my daughters 30th b/day party so we wanted it a especial occasion. we arrived at six. 30pm, ordered a starter and a fillet steak, , all around 8pm we got the fillet steaks, mine was super, i can't grumble about that, my husbands was very unusual and he asked for med-welldone, , behind it went back he got a various steak that wasnt so tender. my daughter arrived all around 7pm but their meal only came at nine. 30pm, they wont joyfull at all. it looks as if they want You to simply order from the bar to cover up the long wait for the meal. halfway through my fillet they came with the starter of prawns, which i forgot i ordered so there i was with either meals at 1 time. in my opinion, the meal was nice but the organization sucked coz wrong meal were delivered at our table and we had to deliver it back to be delivered at other table. the waiter was at our table always but simply to ask what we want to drink! ! i must tell the woman came all around and apologize for it all, could i go there again, , , i really do not know , my husband was very disappointed.

Got mine new and It is now done 80, 000 miles. difficultys I have had seem very familiar: rear discs corroded inside a year (replaced below warranty); gearbox bearings replaced at 65, 000 miles (£390 at individual gearbox specialist); nearside rear wheel bearings have simply been replaced (independent mechanic, £165, this is a whole unit, he normally expects to charge £50 for this job). seemingly in Dec. 2009 Honda issued a Technical Service Bulletin extending the gearbox warranty on 2002-2008 models (manual) and could strip and replace the bearings. Unfortunately this came some months too not on time for me and another Jazz proprietors who were clogging up forums with the same complaint (I phoned Honda at the time and they did not want to know). either water gets in to the spare wheel well in winter - I have heard Honda could replace the rear door seal for no cost as It is faulty so could be looking in to this. general a nice automobile to drive but with some costly flaws Honda are slow to do something about. Beware if you are buying 2.nd- hand as They are not cheap and You may be about to encounter these difficultys.

I bought this automobile 2.nd hand from a dealer in Feb 2012 as my Nissan Primera which was 14 years old was failing in bodywork. It were an perfect automobile. But either, I decided that the price of fuel warranted a automobile with very nice mpg and decided to downsize to a smaller more economical automobile. I had it on high recommendation that the Jazz was either very trusted and very economical, at least 50mpg. (My 1600 Primera could give an all round 39mpg based on over ten years and mainly not long runs). The mpg meter on my Jazz averages about 46mpg mainly native motoring. In real life measured by topping up to the brim, the mpg is on average 40mpg. On a long rush, 100 mile round journey I had 50mpg driven at average speeds. Ironically, a like runs driven very attentively with max speed 60mph have given only 43mpg. Over the eight months I had this transport the general mpg is presently 44mpg which is based on lots of average ten - twenty mile trips and occassional 100 mile trips. A disappointing automobile regarding economy. to drive I discover it a love/hate correlation. It is very roomy for a little automobile and holds lots in the boot. The smart fold up back seats are appropriate at times. The visibility in the front seats is good and my wife and I discover the seats very supportive. I like the controls and the gear shift is so precise, the complete best I have ever used. It does not handle also the Primera all around bends, but that was exceptional. You seem to be travelling very quick in the Jazz and at speeds over 70 it becomes unstable. some times I were caught out when driving at high speeds on motorways and I have put my foot down and there is been Not a thing there. I not often went over 3000 revs in the Primera as I’m more of a limousine style driver, but Also when I drive the Jazz like this fuel economy is no not so bad, at times inferior in fact! Going up a bank in the Jazz requests One of a very quick rush up to it or changing down at times to low as second gear and thrashing it if You do not want to hold up another motorists and it obviously gets very noisy. Reminds me of being on the back of my mate's Honda 50 long ago. The Jazz has a lovely nearly silent tick over. It is a good small automobile for nipping to the stores etc, but let down by the mpg. It is well built, but a bit thin and tinny. though It is six years old it seems and feels completly new. It was 100% trusted and everything is in nice working order. I did have a steering fault in that I had to compensate always for it veering off either to left and the right, inferior at 40mph plus. That disappeared a couple of months ago and I knowladge It’s a fault on some models. So whether it has gone for nice or returns remains to be seen. The ride is on the difficult way but it has a very positive feel to it instead like the older VW Polo. (never driven a newer model). The ride in the back is very rough on minor twisty roads but again the seats are regulated and for a little automobile There’s plenty of room for somebody like me who's 5'10" and 15 stone. could I purchase other 1? Not with that mpg. If the mpg was an average of 50 plus rather of 44 I could rate it four stars.
