Right on Midsummer Eve;
Take, Janita, grābeklīti,
Looking for your līgaviņu.
Janice Small\'s wife,
Disappears Midsummer Eve;
Is traveling to Riga grābeklīša,
With the shakedown investigation.
John\'s wife disappeared
In the Midsummer Eve;
John rode all night,
His wife sought.
Janice, poor,
Great sorrow attacked:
While fun beer drinking,
Own wife disappeared.
Jānīts screamed, cried Jānīts,
John\'s wife disappeared,
John\'s wife disappeared
In the midsummer evening.
woman Janice \'disappeared
In the Midsummer Eve;
Jānīts, searching for his wife,
Falls into the bucket of beer.

It was found Pēterdienu,
The flowers apbirušu.
John\'s wife disappeared
In the evening, John;
Michael, then you will get,
Late in the fall.
Come, John\'s children
Wait for John\'s day;
John Day proudly came
Vizēdama afire.
Sit, Jānīti, copper drum
Gate pole tip,
Children came to St. John\'s
Edge of the rim.
Sit, Jānīti, copper drum

To klausāsi those folks,
Who is your bungotāja.
